Christi Radogna is an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager with a demonstrated history of leadership in the financial sector, currently overseeing the West Coast and Texas regions for Real Floors since September 2021. Christi leads a team of nine AR Specialists, implementing processes and collaborating closely with the CFO and Director of Accounting. Prior experience includes managing AR for high-profile projects at KPost Roofing & Waterproofing and holding various accounting and HR positions at companies such as Balfour Beatty plc and Molasky Pacific, with extensive knowledge in lien laws, AIA payment applications, and team training. Christi's educational background includes specialized training in lien laws from Southern Nevada Community College.
