Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Atlanta West Home Solutions from January 2019 to April 2022. Jay's career at Dal-Tile Corporation, spanning from June 2006 to December 2018, included various roles such as SSC Manager, National Manager of the Builder Channel, and Sales Representative. Jay holds a degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia, obtained between 2004 and 2006.
