Kristina Eddy

Kristina Eddy is a seasoned sales and property management professional with extensive experience in the multifamily housing industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Real Floors since April 2023, Kristina previously worked as an Outside Senior Design Consultant at Facings Of America Inc from January 2020 to April 2023. Prior roles include sales at Carpeturn.com from May 2012 to January 2020, where next-day flooring installation services were provided, and Property Director for Ventana Luxury Apartments at Gaines Investment Trust from November 2011 to April 2012, overseeing a luxury 350-unit community. Kristina also held property management positions at The Sterling Group and Aimco, managing apartment complexes and operational efficiencies. Kristina holds an Associate Degree in General Studies from Lansing Community College, completed between 2001 and 2003.
