Matt Gilbreth

Matt started his flooring career early and grew up working in his parents floor covering store in Lubbock, Texas. In 1996, Matt graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in business management. That same year, he accepted a position at Arbor Contract Carpet as the Dallas/ Ft Worth area New Construction Project Manager. Over the next 15 years, he worked his way up through the management ranks. In 2011, he was promoted to President, and in 2019, he purchased Arbor from the original owner. After 26 years at Arbor, he is thrilled to be part of the Real Floors family as President. His greatest accomplishment is his family without a doubt.
