Philip started with Real Floors in December of 2008, but his career in the multifamily industry began back in 1991 at For Rent Magazine. His strong client base has been built over the years and most of his industry partners count Philip among their friends. As a native Atlantan and graduate of the University of Georgia, Philip enjoys college football, spending time with his family, friends, his two dogs (Lola & Piper), biking, hiking, traveling, and spending weekends away in the North Georgia mountains. Philip is a certified Spin Instructor and also holds his GA Real Estate license.
