As German's leading construction and real estate service provider, real General Contracting GmbH develops and builds workplaces, retail spaces and homes for future generations throughout Europe and beyond.

The owner-run company has stood for high-quality construction services and reliability since 1983. That is why we are one of the leading solution providers in our industry. With the experience gained from a large number of completed projects and the commitment of our more than 100 employees, we implement concepts worldwide.

A designated contact person with his competent and committed project team accompanies you as our customer through every phase of your project - with optimised interface management, thus avoiding loss of information - "a single point of contact, an end-to-end turnkey solution". Reliability is the top priority for us - especially when it comes to budget compliance, quality or deadline commitments. All of this, of course, requires detailed, current and future industry knowledge to ensure sustainable client partnerships.

With our broad range of services and the in-depth experience of our specialists, the real-Group implements complex projects in the business segments: Office & Business, Tenant Fit-Out, Hotel & Food Service, Retail and Public Buildings and accompanies them close to the customer. We do this either as a general contractor, a general provider or as a project manager.

Our client base includes blue-chip-companies, property owners, entrepreneurs, project developers, asset managers, brokers, property managers and tenants. We provide individual high-quality interior fit-outs, including building services, on a turnkey basis, with maximum depth of service using the design & build process. For your building project, the overlapping of design and construction phases and the merging of responsibilities shortens the overall project time - in other words, maximum speed, cost savings and cost security.
