Danielle Hazlett has over five years of experience in marketing, public relations, and customer service. Danielle began their career in 2014 as a Broadcast Assistant at UC Santa Barbara, where they attended all athletic events, filmed the games, conducted post-game/ match interviews with coaches and players, and created recaps of each game for social posts. Danielle also co-hosted the show Gaucho Sports PrimeTime. In 2015, they joined Trader Joe's as a Crew Member, where they organized and lead the Frozen Department, tracked inventory, processed and placed orders, supervised a team of 6 co-workers, and delivered superb customer service.

In 2016, Danielle Hazlett began working at Quest Nutrition as a Brand Ambassador + Copyright Intern and a Marketing Intern. As a Brand Ambassador + Copyright Intern, they wrote weekly newsletters for subscribers, helped create campaigns for the launch of new products, and worked at the FitExpos throughout the country and their community. As a Marketing Intern, they worked on various projects related to marketing.

In 2017, Danielle Hazlett joined KNOW Foods as a Community Management Specialist + Account Manager. In this role, they helped revamp customer service, increasing satisfaction from 78% to 94% in four months, with a personal overall satisfaction rate of 90%. Danielle also directed the Customer Service and Community Management team, managed a list of nearly 1000 influencers, activated 50-100 new influencers monthly, and grew the Real Good Foods Instagram by over 100k followers in the first 5 months.

In the same year, Danielle Hazlett also joined Santa Barbara SEASONS Magazine as an Advertising Manager + Professional Editor. In this role, they managed over 20 accounts with existing advertisers in the magazine, achieved nearly $8,000 in advertising sales per quarter, fact checked and edited all articles that would be published in the upcoming editions, and delivered magazines to over 200 locations in the Santa Barbara area for more exposure. Additionally, they joined JZPR - Public Relations Santa Barbara as a Public Relations Intern, where they managed the Alliance for Living and Dying Well and the Granada Theater's Event Calendars, reached out to every media outlet in the Santa Barbara area and posted their events to their websites and newspapers, and managed the Alliance for Living and Dying Well's Facebook page and posted content to their page daily, creating 7-10 posts per week.

In 2019, Danielle Hazlett joined Real Good Foods as a Sr. Marketing Director and a Marketing Director. As a Sr. Marketing Director, they increased website sales by 65% and AOV by 70%, lead the marketing team through various campaigns including retail and product launches, and was able to easily pivot campaigns during the stay-at-home orders during 2020. As a Marketing Director, they created and managed Social Media content across all platforms, increasing Instagram engagement from 2% to above 6%, collaborated with brands to increase brand awareness and website sales, successfully organized and executed bringing their brand to National events such as Expos, and worked with PR agencies to send Press Releases.

Danielle Hazlett attended UC Santa Barbara from 2013 to 2017, earning a degree in Political Science, Personal Training, and Sports Management with a focus in American Government and Politics (United States). Danielle also earned a minor in Professional Editing.
