Kelly Gibbs Boaggio has held various roles in the food industry since 2005. Kelly began their career as a Production Manager at American Harvest Baking. In 2012, they moved to Classic Cake Company, where they held the same role. In 2014, they moved to Country Home Bakers as a Food Technician and then to J&J Snack Foods Corp as a Food Technologist. In 2019, they became a Research and Development Technical Manager at BreadPartners Inc. and then in 2021, they took on the role of R&D Commercialization & Process Manager at CERELIA. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Commercialization at Real Good Foods.
Kelly Gibbs Boaggio obtained an Associates Of Science in Pastry Arts from The Restaraunt School At Walnut Hill between 2004 and 2006.
