Gianna Damiano

Gianna Damiano is an experienced professional currently serving as the Young Adult Female Ministry Lead and Hospitality Ministry Lead at Real Life Ministries since May 2021. In this role, Gianna manages all aspects of the hospitality ministry at the Post Falls campus, which includes overseeing a large team of nearly 200 volunteers, developing innovative solutions for church hospitality, and managing the in-house café. Prior to this position, Gianna worked as a Staff Engineer at Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. from May 2016 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes roles as an Administrative Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Washington State University from March 2013 to May 2016, as well as a Summer Intern at Adolfson & Peterson in 2014. Gianna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, earned between 2012 and 2016.
