Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Real Options, comprising the President and two Vice Presidents, is responsible for setting the organization's strategic direction, overseeing program implementation, and ensuring the delivery of compassionate, life-affirming support to individuals in Collin County who are post abortion-vulnerable. They also engage in community outreach, donor relations, and organizational governance to sustain and expand the mission of Real Options.
