Paul Johnston

Paul Johnston is an experienced business coach and real estate investor with a diverse professional background. Currently serving as a Business Coach at Real Property Management since July 2021, Paul guides franchise owners across the United States toward achieving business success. Paul has been a Real Estate Investor and Property Manager with Privately Owned Properties since 2004, overseeing single-family residential rental homes. Previously, as a Franchise Owner of Certified Chem-Dry, Paul managed eight franchise licenses in Utah, delivering exceptional home services. As the President and Founder of the Small Business Benefit Association, Paul developed a national organization supporting small business members. Additional experience includes roles as a Freelance Photographer, Marketing Director at SBI and Company, Database Marketing Manager at Franklin Covey, and Director of Seminar Marketing & Training at Eleva Inc. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
