Theresa Krist

Theresa Krist is a seasoned Property Management Accountant at Real Property Management since April 2018, specializing in accounting services and training for nationwide franchises, as well as managing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, billing, and financial reporting. Prior to this role, Theresa served in the United States Air Force from October 2002 to March 2016 as a Financial/Budget Analyst, where responsibilities included decision support for senior leadership and budget execution. Theresa holds an Associate degree in Financial Management from the Community College of the Air Force and an Associate's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus, with additional training from Airman Leadership School.
