Charles Goodman, aPHR

Charles Goodman has a range of work experience in various industries. Charles began their career at DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Team Sports Associate before moving on to positions such as Ticket Sales Intern at Lincoln Pro Baseball - Saltdogs and Lead Generation Intern at Vivial. In 2013, they transitioned to a role as a Sales Store Checker at Hy-Vee, Inc.

In 2019, Charles joined Buildertrend as a Business Development Representative, where they focused on prospecting, educating, and qualifying leads to create sales opportunities. Charles also collaborated with the Sales Management team and trained new team members to drive sales.

From 2020 to 2021, Charles worked at LRS Healthcare as a Medical Recruiter and later as a National Staffing Account Manager. In these roles, they oversaw multiple travelers, identified needs for hospitals, and placed qualified candidates in various roles.

In 2021, Charles joined Robert Half as a Talent Manager, where they specialized in placing highly skilled financial professionals on a full-time basis. Charles also worked as a Talent Manager for Full-Time Engagement Professionals.

More recently, in 2023, Charles joined Real Radiology, LLC as a Sales Executive Administrator. Charles'sresponsibilities include managing customer data, setting up contracts, and administering customer retention management applications.

Charles Goodman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Nebraska Wesleyan University between the years 2015 and 2019. In October 2022, they received the Associate Professional in Human Resources® (aPHR®) certification from HRCI.
