Dan has held multiple roles within Real Staffing, including Business Manager and Sales Team Manager, focusing on public sector recruitment, covering various roles across NHS, local government, and educational establishments. Early in the career at Real Staffing, Dan gained experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Consultant in accountancy and finance, contributing to the brand’s market strength through expertise in recruitment services.
