Kashyap Kompella, CFA has worked in a variety of roles in the tech and finance industries since 1998. Kashyap began their career as a Technology Consultant at Alphasoft in 2000, and then moved to Product Development at i-flex solutions in 1998. In 2004, they became Practice Head at Wipro, and in 2007, they became a Management Consultant at Information Services Group (formerly TPI). In 2010, they Co-Founded and became CEO of Green Veda, and in 2011, they became a Director and Contributing Industry Analyst at Real Story Group. In 2018, they became CEO of rpa2ai, and in 2022, they began working as a Visiting Professor for AI at the BITS School of Management, teaching the AI for Business Success and Social Good course for the Year 2 MBA students. Additionally, in 2022, they became an Advisor for iDreamCareer.com.

Kashyap Kompella, CFA has an extensive educational background. Kashyap holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Indian School of Business, a Bachelors (Honors) of Engineering - Electrical and Electronics from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Masters in Business Laws from the National Law School of India University.
