Ayesha Arora

Ayesha Arora is a dedicated clinical specialist at REAL System by Penumbra, Inc. since April 2022, with extensive experience as an occupational therapist across various healthcare settings. Previous roles include providing contract services at AMN Healthcare and weekend PRN therapy at The George Washington University Hospital. Ayesha also worked at HCA Healthcare, where responsibilities included developing rehabilitation protocols and creating educational materials for patient care. Additional experience includes roles at Howard University Hospital, Encompass Health, Flagship Rehabilitation, and Children Achieving Maximum Potential, Inc., focusing on diverse patient populations and therapeutic approaches. Ayesha holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Towson University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
