Daniel Miller

Daniel Miller has over 30 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Daniel is currently working at Real Time Consulting LLC (RTC) as a Technical Recruiter-Engineering. Prior to this, they worked at Raytheon Missiles & Defense as a Sr. Sourcing Recruiter from 2021 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, Daniel worked at L3Harris Technologies as a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition, where they supported various divisions and was responsible for sourcing and recruiting for positions in software engineering, cyber security, finance, accounting, and more. Before L3Harris, they worked at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics as a Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition in 2016-2017. Daniel has also worked as an Engineering Recruiter at Global Contract Professionals, Inc. from 2013 to 2016 and as the President of AllianceHD.com - Alliance Home Theater from 2002 to 2013, where they managed sales, marketing, and installation teams. Additionally, they have experience as a Recruiter/President at ADM Communications, Inc. from 2004 to 2008, and as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition at Lucent Technologies from 1998 to 2001. Daniel began their career as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Global Technical Services, Inc. from 1993 to 1998, where they focused on recruiting aerospace engineers and aviation professionals.

Daniel Miller attended Tarrant County College from 2000 to 2001, where they studied Business and Economics. Prior to that, they attended the University of North Texas from 1988 to 1990 and focused on Biochemistry. In terms of certifications, Daniel obtained their FCC Amateur Extra Class Radio Operator certification in March 2021 and their Remote Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in September 2017. Daniel also acquired their Private Pilot certification, with ratings in Airplane Single Engine Land and Instrument Airplane, from the FAA in December 1995. Finally, Daniel holds an Airman Medical Certificate -- Second Class, which they obtained from the FAA in September 2019.
