Jules H.

Jules H. has extensive experience in technical recruitment and sourcing roles. They started their career at Gartner as a Sourcer in the Government Practice. They then worked as a Recruiter at the Federal Aviation Administration before moving to Google via Adecco as a Technical Sourcer. Jules then joined SpaceX as a Technical Recruiter for Vehicle Engineering & Avionics before transitioning to Cruise as a Staff Technical Recruiter for Hardware & Silicon Engineering. Most recently, Jules has been working at Parallel Systems as the Head of Recruiting, focusing on decarbonizing rail and offsetting greenhouse gas emissions. They are currently working as the Principal Technical Recruiter at Vast, where they aim to build a team for pioneering human productivity in space.

Jules H. obtained a B.A. in Development Economics and International Development from UCLA in 2010. In 2015, Jules obtained a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM and a Human Resource Management Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
