Gaurav Mitra is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer relations and support, having held various managerial roles at Trycon from September 2020 to September 2023. As Manager of Customer Relations, Gaurav focused on delivering exceptional client experiences, supervising B2B sales and support while previously managing the Ticket Generator product to enhance sales and support quality. Prior to Trycon, Gaurav worked at HCL Technologies as a Product Support Engineer for a US-based healthcare client and at Cognizant as a System Engineer supporting a UK-based hardware client. Gaurav holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from the United College of Engineering and Research in Allahabad and has also completed a summer internship at the Asian Institute of Technology.
