Phil G. Joseph

Phil G. Joseph is a seasoned professional in the fields of investment and athletic training. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and previously as an Investment Associate at Real Ventures since August 2021, Phil also founded Rep Matters in January 2021. Prior experience includes consultancy work at Real Ventures, project management at The Colors of Covid, and roles as an Athletic Trainer and Sports Performance Coach with the Chinese Olympic Committee and the Philadelphia Eagles. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Concordia University.
