Julia Vinokurova, MBA, currently serves as Operations Management Consultant EMEA at RealD, overseeing business operations and stakeholder management across the EMEA region. Previously, Julia held the position of Director of Business Development and Operations EMEAR at RealD, where significant achievements included negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts and enhancing supply chain efficiency, leading to substantial cost reductions. Julia's experience also encompasses roles as Managing Director in both Russia for RealD and CinemaNext, where key contributions included establishing operational presence and achieving significant revenue growth. With a strong background in operations and management consultancy, Julia continues to leverage expertise gained from a variety of roles in the cinema technology sector, alongside an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Cranfield School of Management.
