David Miao

David Miao has extensive work experience in project management and technical roles. David currently works at RealDefense as a Project Manager, where they evaluate and implements Scrum and Agile practices and manages software and web development sprints. Prior to this, they worked at Lucky Day as a Technical Project Manager, overseeing international development and QA teams. At Gamblit Gaming, LLC, they served as a Technical Project Manager, managing engineering projects across multiple platforms and creating, evaluating, and modifying workflow and processes. David also worked at Testronic Labs as a Project Manager/Test Architect, leading web-based and UltraViolet-based projects and conducting meetings with clients and development teams. David has experience as a Lead QA Engineer at RCDb, where they created and implemented testing policies and procedures for network applications. David also worked at MumboJumbo, LLC as a QA/CS Manager, responsible for creating and implementing QA policies and procedures, and at 2K Games as a Lead Tester, where they established the console network testing structure and PC/network testing lab. David began their career at Activision as a Floor Lead.
