The RealDefense leadership team has a history of experience in product management, software engineering, and business development. They have worked at companies such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Symantec, iolo, and Menlo Security Inc. They also have experience in e-commerce, marketing, and sales. Most of the team members have a computer science or engineering degree from universities such as Gujarat University, the University of Southern California, and the University of California, Santa Cruz.
