Currently an Ambassador at RealDev since November 2016, Hella has also worked as an HR Manager at Flamingo Therapeutics and as a People Excellence Advisor at Schweppes Suntory Benelux in 2024. Previous positions include HR Project Consultant at Strand Associates Consulting and NIRAS, HR Generalist at Groupe Louyet BMW, and Office & HR Management at FISA. Hella initiated digital transformations in payroll processes and has demonstrated versatility in managing onboarding, payroll, and employee relations in environments of varying sizes. Hella holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and a BES in personnel administration from EPHEC.
