Adrian Hodgson

Adrian Hodgson is a seasoned professional in the field of nutrition and exercise science, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Co-Founder of The REAL Drinks Co. since January 2017, while also holding the position of Chief Health Officer at Spoon Guru, an award-winning tech startup. Adrian has been a Director at NUTRIKNOW LIMITED since January 2015, providing consultancy services to enhance food and drink decision-making. Previous roles include Senior Scientist at Lucozade Ribena Suntory, Scientific Editor for Muscle and Fitness Magazine, and Performance Nutritionist at Glanbia. Adrian also contributed as the UK Science Advisor for the Gatorade Sports Science Institute and conducted doctoral research at the University of Birmingham, where a PhD in Physiology, Nutrition, and Metabolism was obtained. Adrian's educational background includes a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Birmingham and participation in the European Nutrition Leadership Platform.
