Bent Grønbæk Olesen has extensive experience in the electronics industry. Bent Grønbæk began their career in 1976 at Bang & Olufsen A/S, where they worked as an Electronics Designer for over 40 years. During their time there, they worked on various projects, including tape recorder hardware, Dolby B & C Noise reduction, software for Penta speakers, MasterLink, Link Speakers, and more. Bent Grønbæk also contributed to the development of Veribest Capture Variant support, microprocessor hardware for Avant CRT TV, and high voltage transformers for CRT TV. Bent is skilled in tools such as PSpice, Matlab, Python, and Modelica.

In 2017, Bent retired from Bang & Olufsen and began working independently. During this time, they focused on SMPS theory, Middlebrook loop gain, and PWM switch model design. Bent Grønbæk'swork involved using tools such as Python, LTspice, and Modelica.

Currently, Bent holds the position of Senior Electronic Design Engineer at Realfiction - Leaders in Mixed Reality, starting in December 2020.

Bent Grønbæk Olesen obtained their BSEE degree with a specialization in Electronics from the Engineering College of Aarhus. Bent Grønbæk pursued this four-year undergraduate program from 1971 to 1975.
