Angela Hartley is a Senior HR Consultant at RealHR Solutions. Angela has over 10 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management and compliance.
Angela began their career as a Director of Human Resources at the March of Dimes, where they led a staff of four HR generalists/specialists. During their time at the March of Dimes, they developed recruitment strategies, oversaw the vendor contracting process, and designed and implemented new human resources policies and procedures. Angela also served as a partner to business units in regards to organizational restructure, workforce planning, and organizational design.
In 2016, Angela joined Connex International as their Chief Talent Officer. In this role, they were responsible for the creation and implementation of Talent Management and overall HR Strategies of the organization. Angela also advised the CEO on complex employee issues and staff development.
Angela has a proven track record in developing and implementing successful HR strategies that support the hiring needs of an organization while ensuring compliance with all local, State, and Federal employment legislation. Angela is an expert in UltiPro HR systems and has successfully migrated data and trained new users for successful system rollouts.
Angela Hartley has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Industrial and Labor Relations/Human Resources Studies from Cornell University.
