Rajesh Bainathsah

Rajesh Bainathsah has had extensive experience in financial and managerial roles throughout their career. Rajesh is currently the Managing Director Finance, CFO, and FD at REALIANCE, where they specialize in real estate investments. Before joining REALIANCE, Rajesh served as the Chief Financial Officer at Econocom Nederland B.V. for three years, overseeing finance, risk, IT, and facility functions. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at BIS B.V., where they were responsible for multiple areas including finance, HR, legal, and facility. Rajesh also has experience as the Finance Director Benelux at Mood Media Benelux, where they led a team and worked closely with the board team. Before their roles in finance, Rajesh worked as a Fund Controller at Syntrus Achmea Pensioenbeheer and Controller at Jan Dekker International. Rajesh started their career as a Senior Financial Accountant at Schuitema and worked as a Finance Professional at DPA Professionals. Throughout their career, Rajesh has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in finance and business control.

Rajesh Bainathsah completed their education in economics from Europa College during the period of 1990 to 1993. Rajesh then pursued higher education at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a BBA degree with a specialization in Economics.
