Neill Kanji

Neill Kanji has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Neill currently holds the role of VP, Business Development & Operations at ReAlign Insurance Holdings, Inc. Since joining the company in April 2022, they have been responsible for driving growth and profitability through innovative protocols. Prior to this, Neill worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at the same company from July 2020 to April 2022, where they focused on identifying and managing opportunities across the industry.

Before joining ReAlign Insurance Holdings, Inc., Neill worked as a Senior Associate at ReAlign Capital Strategies from August 2017 onwards. In this role, they conducted market research and analyzed potential capital acquisitions to identify investment opportunities. Neill also developed unique marketing and business strategies, as well as designed key presentations and opportunity analyses.

Prior to their role at ReAlign Capital Strategies, Neill worked at Align General Insurance Agency, LLC as a Product Manager from October 2012 to August 2018. In this position, they provided expert oversight to product implementation phases and collaborated with senior executives to assess consumer and inter-company demands. Neill also streamlined workflows by coordinating with all departments across the company.

Before their venture into the insurance industry, Neill served as Franchise Development Director in a self-employed capacity from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they successfully gained new franchisees and performed various key initiatives to support business development.

Neill's earlier work experience includes serving as an Operating Partner at Mesa Cleaners from 2007 to 2011, where they implemented innovative methods to optimize sales and revenue across multiple locations. Neill also worked as an Operations Manager at Juice Stop from 2002 to 2008, where they spearheaded marketing and new product initiatives, leading to increased sales and consumer demand.

Neill began their career as a Bank Teller at Wells Fargo from 1999 to 2003.

Neill Kanji earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from San Diego State University, completing their studies in 2003. Neill also obtained a Membership certification from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management in November 2016. Additionally, they have another Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from San Diego State University, although the start and end years are not specified for this degree.
