Rita Makharia

Rita Makharia has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Rita is currently the Web3 and Blockchain Product Lead at Realio. In 2013, they founded and served as the CEO of EDUTEK INFOSYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED. Rita also worked at Wayfair as a Product Manager in the supply chain intelligence team, where they delivered a tech app to integrate the warehouse management system with CFS partners. Additionally, they worked at MenuSifu as a Product Manager, leading a cross-functional team in designing and developing multiple product lines for the restaurant and hospitality industry. Rita gained experience as a Digital Media Specialist at SA PROMO Magazine and as a Data Research Analyst at BT Research and Data Analytics, where they developed a Seq-GAN model and created an evaluation metric for synthetic data.

Rita Makharia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business between 2004 and 2008. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Financial Engineering at the University of California, Berkeley from 2008 to 2010.
