Peter Sturch

Peter Sturch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, coaching, and training. Currently serving as Partnership Manager and previously as Performance Manager at Realise since October 2020, Peter has also managed the U14's team and coached grassroots football at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club from October 2021 to June 2023. Additionally, Peter worked as a Trainer/Assessor at PMS Training & Assessment from January 2016 to April 2022 and coached U10's to U12's at Eckington Belles Football Club, leading the team to victory as U12's Shield winners. Previous roles include Performance Manager and Senior Training and Development Officer at Interserve Learning & Employment, Trainer at FirstGroup plc, and various positions at Honda Motor Europe Ltd, contributing a wealth of knowledge in customer service, training, and vehicle management throughout an extensive career.
