Nils Hagner

Nils Hagner is the Co-Founder and Director at Realitech UK. Nils has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in agile project management and software development.

Nils started their career as an Agile Delivery Manager with the Government Digital Service, where they were responsible for migrating applications from incumbent IT providers to a new infrastructure provider. Nils successfully shifted all applications for the Department for Culture, Media and Sports, before moving on to dsp global.

At dsp global, Nils took on the role of Agile Business Solutions Lead, where they were responsible for building up the company's agile practice, including P&L ownership. Nils also actively engaged with clients around solutions, projects and advocacy of agile methods and Continuous Delivery. In this role, Nils provided in-house subject matter expertise on project management and software technologies including open source, web application development, Java, PHP, Big Data and more.

After 10 years in the industry, Nils decided to start their own company, Realitech UK. Realitech is a software development consultancy that specializes in helping startups and businesses adopt agile practices. Under Nils' leadership, Realitech has successfully helped numerous companies transition to agile methodology and improve their software development processes.
