Darin V. Johnson

Darin V. Johnson is an experienced trainer and photographer with a diverse background in customer service and project management. Currently serving as a trainer at Reality Based Group since December 2018, Darin assists both employees and independent contractors by enhancing skills and performance. As an independent photographer and writer since 2013, projects include senior portraits, events, landscapes, and the restoration of old photographs. Prior to these roles, Darin held key positions at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories as a project coordinator, facilitating the company’s designation as an Authorized Provider of Continuing Education Units. Additional experience includes supervising customer service teams at TeleTech, Sprint Nextel, and Amazon, where Darin developed effective performance metrics and reporting systems. Darin holds a Teaching Certificate in History and Education from Washington State University and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Pacific Lutheran University.
