Jake Dancy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and team leadership. Currently serving as General Manager of Customer Success at Reality Based Group since December 2016, Jake previously held roles including Director of Customer Success and Senior Customer Success Manager. Jake's career also includes experience at Major League Soccer and Global Premier Soccer, where responsibilities included professional match evaluation and coaching. Additionally, leadership roles in sales, operations, and project management were held at Shoppers' Critique International and Compass Rose Events. Jake has a diverse background in sports management, demonstrated through positions with organizations such as the Orlando Sharks and Kansas City Brigade. Jake is an alumnus of Fresno State University.
