Vira Villarreal, MSOL

Vira Villarreal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Their most recent position is as Director of People Operations at Reality Changers, where they focus on hiring the best employees, implementing effective programs and policies, and ensuring a meaningful experience working with the People Operations Department. Prior to this, Vira worked as a Human Resources and Administration Management Consultant as a self-employed individual. Vira has experience in branch administration, human resources, and financial development. Vira Villarreal, MSOL, has a strong educational background with a focus on organizational leadership and law. Vira obtained a Master of Science (MSOL) degree in Organizational Leadership from National University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Law, also from National University.

Vira also completed the Paralegal Program at the University of San Diego School of Law in 1991, where they studied General Business Litigation. Vira further expanded their legal expertise by obtaining a certification in Paralegal, Legal Studies from the University of San Diego in November 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Vira has continued to enhance their skills through certifications. In April 2019, they completed the Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership program offered by LinkedIn.
