The Program Management and Outreach team at Reality Changers is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing educational programs that prepare youth to become first generation college graduates. They coordinate community outreach efforts to identify and engage potential students, manage volunteer involvement, and facilitate strong, ongoing relationships with program alumni to support their continued success. This team ensures that all programmatic activities align with the organization’s mission and vision, driving equitable access to education for students in Southern California’s most challenging communities.
