Lukasz Porwol

Luke Porwol is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and technology, currently serving as the Head of Sponsorship at Reality Hack, Inc. since April 2021. Luke is involved as a Research Fellow at Fidelity Investments, focusing on XR applications in finance, and holds a leadership position at the eGov Unit of the Insight SFI Centre for Data Analytics, managing EU-funded projects and grant proposals. Additionally, Luke serves as a Lead Trainer at UrbanTide, providing data analytics training to the Irish government, and has been an Adjunct Lecturer at the National University of Ireland, Galway since 2012. Luke's expertise extends to roles as an Academic Advisor with Elsevier and as an Advisor for Mendeley. Formerly a Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Digital Government Society and an Education Mentor at Maynooth University, Luke has a solid academic foundation, holding a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Galway and multiple degrees from Gdańsk University of Technology.
