Mary Boettcher

Mary Boettcher has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Mary currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors at The National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO) since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Realityworks, Inc. from 2007 to the present, holding positions such as CFO and VP of Finance, where they established financial planning and reporting tools, refined accounting practices, and provided guidance on cash management and project profitability. Mary also has previous experience as a Finance Professional at Honeywell from 1993 to 2003.
