Timmothy Boettcher

Timmothy Boettcher serves as the President and CEO of Realityworks, Inc., where the focus is on developing educational products aimed at preventing teen pregnancy, enhancing parenting skills, and addressing child abuse and neglect. Additionally, Timmothy has held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Board for the West Central Wisconsin Workforce Development Board and the Industry Workforce Needs Coalition, helping to link workforce development with business needs and strengthen career and technical education. Timmothy has also contributed to organizations such as the Association for Career and Technical Education and the Innovation Foundation of Western Wisconsin, promoting economic growth and collaboration between education and industry.
