Navneet Kumar has worked in various roles in a variety of companies since 2006. Navneet started their career at Steel Authority of India Limited as a Junior Manager in 2006. In 2010, they completed a summer internship at L&T Komatsu Ltd and a summer training at Tata Motors. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Welspun Group as a Manager-Projects. In 2014, they became a Business Excellence Manager at JSW Steel Ltd. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Co-Founder at Zoomot Services LLP. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Head of Marketing and Sr. Mgr - Strategic Sales at Realization Technologies, Inc. In 2020, they became the Co-Founder & CEO at Hobcob.
