Shaibal Bag PMP

Shaibal Bag PMP has a wealth of experience in project management, business development, and stakeholder management. Shaibal began their career in 2006 as a Senior Engineer for Larsen & Toubro. In 2008, they joined Overseas AST Co LLC as a Project Engineer Civil/Marine, where they were responsible for project management execution, procurement of major items, and business development. From 2014 to 2020, Shaibal worked for BAM International bv as a Package Manager and Project Coordinator, where they developed high-level business cases and method statements, presented to the C-Suits, and reduced the time of the project by analyzing its critical path. In 2020, they began working for PLC Contracting LLC as a Lead - Bidding and Tendering, where they were responsible for bid process management, business development, and SWOT analysis. Finally, in 2022, Shaibal joined Realization Technologies, Inc. as a Project Manager (Management Consulting). In this role, they advised CXOs on completing projects faster using Theory of Constraints (TOC) Project Management Techniques, improved the performance of Capex of a large industrial portfolio, and developed programs with project teams.

Shaibal Bag PMP has a diverse educational background. Shaibal obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur between 2002 and 2006. Shaibal then attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2018 to 2019 and obtained an Executive Program in Business Management - International- Batch 05 in Business Administration and Management, General. Shaibal also attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2019 and obtained an Executive Education Program in Infrastructure Development, PPPs and Regulations. In addition to their education, they have obtained several certifications, including The Complete Financial Analyst Course 2020 from Udemy in May 2020, a RPAS Registration Card from the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority in September 2016, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in June 2019.
