Santosh Dhital

Santosh Dhital is a Senior Accountant at Realize CPA, LLP, previously known as Eichstaedt & Lervold, LLP, since February 2021, following a role as Accounting Associate. Santosh gained experience as a Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leader at California State University - East Bay from August 2019 to December 2020, where responsibilities included designing lesson plans and facilitating study sessions for accounting students. Prior to that, Santosh worked as a Math Tutor at College of San Mateo from January 2018 to June 2018, providing assistance in algebra, geometry, and calculus to over 100 students. Educationally, Santosh holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from California State University - East Bay, earned in May 2021, and a prior BBA in Accounting from the College of San Mateo.
