Pasquale Arria

Pasquale Arria is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in talent management and brand communication. As the Founder and CEO of Realize Networks since June 2008, Pasquale has focused on strategic business direction and talent management. Additionally, Pasquale co-founded Meat Crew in January 2022 and serves as an investor at Delivery Valley, contributing to innovative ventures. Previously, Pasquale worked at Digital Magics from May 2004 to May 2008 as an Artist and Account Manager, overseeing artist management and project accounting. Earlier career experience includes serving as Project Manager at Bibop S.p.A. from September 2000 to May 2004, managing artist-related initiatives.
