Helle Meineche

Helle Meineche is currently the Head of Business Risk & Governance at Realkredit Danmark. Prior to this, they were with Danske Bank for two and a half years, where they were Head of Group US Governance Board Secretariat, responsible for designing, embedding and maintaining a governance model for a Group approach to management and mitigation of US compliance risks. Prior to that, they were Head of Group Compliance Office in Danske Bank, heading a group-wide function in Danske Bank with responsibilities within compliance culture across the group, compliance framework and compliance reporting to the Group Executive Board and Board of Directors.

Meineche started their career in the insurance industry with Codan Forsikring A/S and Trygg-Hansa AB (RSA Scandinavia), where they spent 7 years in various roles, including Nordic Corporate Integration Manager, Head of Internal Control and Group Legal Adviser.

Helle Meineche has an ICA International Advanced Certificate in Compliance from International Compliance Training Ltd. (ICA). Helle also has a Master's degree in law from Københavns Universitet and a Bachelor's degree in English and French from Handelshøjskolen i Århus / Aarhus School of Business.
