Shaun Vincent

Shaun Vincent is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations, philanthropy, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Bid Manager at Reall since April 2024, responsibilities include identifying and communicating fundraising opportunities aligned with strategic priorities. Previously, Shaun held key roles such as Head of Philanthropy at Findhorn Foundation, where efforts focused on establishing a philanthropy team and maximizing donor contributions, and Founding Operations Director at Pink Lotus Foundation, facilitating growth and empowerment for marginalized women. Extensive experience at VSO involved directing operations across the Asia-Pacific region, leading transformative initiatives to increase program scale and funding, along with significant contributions to policy and funding at the International Rehabilitation Council for Torture Victims. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Business Management, an MSc in Tropical Agricultural Development, and a BA in Geography of Africa & Asia from respected institutions.
