Rachel Hawthorne

Rachel Hawthorne is an EL Curriculum Specialist at Really Great Reading since September 2022. Previously, Rachel worked as a Reading Interventionist at Crowley Independent School District from August 2021 to July 2022, where Rachel focused on K-5 reading intervention. Prior to that, Rachel served as a District EL Specialist at EVERMAN ISD from August 2016 to July 2021, where Rachel worked as a Bilingual Second Grade and Kindergarten Teacher. Rachel also has experience as a Lead Prekindergarten Teacher at RIVERTREE ACADEMY INC. Currently, Rachel is pursuing a Master of Education in Bilingual and Multilingual Education at Texas A&M University, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Language For Global Competence at The University of Texas at Arlington.
