Holly Shea Cappello

Holly Shea Cappello is an experienced sales executive with a proven track record in the cybersecurity industry. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer and Advisor at Realm.Security, Inc. since September 2024, Holly previously held key leadership roles, including SVP Global Sales at Cado Security from May 2023 until its acquisition by Darktrace, and VP Sales for the Americas at Menlo Security Inc. from November 2020 to May 2023. Holly's extensive experience includes senior positions at VMware Carbon Black, where responsibilities included leading the Carbon Black Security Division after its acquisition by VMware, and director roles at both Confer Technologies and Percussion Software. Earlier in the career, Holly served as Director of Sales at Rapid7 and held various sales engineering and implementation roles at Ericsson. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science and Economics from Saint Michael's College.
