Sandra Farley

Sandra Farley is the Director of Human Resources Operations at RealManage since January 2023. Previously, Sandra served as Senior Director of HR Operations at GameStop from April 2001 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing HR systems, payroll, compliance, and shared services for approximately 25,000 associates across 3,500 locations. Additionally, Sandra conducted executive onboarding sessions, participated in HR project teams for company acquisitions and divestitures, and acted as the corporate HIPAA privacy officer. Earlier experience includes roles such as Director of HR Compliance, Solutions and Services, and Senior Manager of HR Solutions and Services at Merck-Medco, as well as an HR Assistant position. Sandra's career began as a Human Resources Intern at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. Sandra holds a BBA in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
