Shannon Loizzo

Shannon Loizzo, LCAM, CMCA, currently serves as the Regional Director of Accounting Services and Financial Manager at RealManage since January 2024. Prior to this role, Shannon held the position of Director of Accounting at Community Management Concepts of Jacksonville, An Associa Member Company, from October 2022 to January 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Lead Controller at Floridian Property Management, Controller of Association Accounting at American Management Group, and various roles in community association management across several condominium associations. Educational background includes studies at Broward College from 1997 to 2003 and attendance at Miramar High School from 1989 to 1992.
