Thomas Hutchinson

Thomas Hutchinson is the current EVP of FP&A at RealManage. Prior to their current position, they served as Director of FP&A at RealManage from October 2019 to April 2022. Thomas also previously worked as Director FP&A - Frozen at Dean Foods from March 2019 to October 2019, and as Sr. FP&A Manager at Dean Foods from July 2017 to March 2019. Before Dean Foods, Hutchinson worked as Sr. Finance Manager at Fossil Group, Inc. from October 2015 to July 2017, and as Global FP&A Manager at Fossil Group, Inc. from July 2013 to October 2015. Their first finance-related position was Business Analyst II at Kimberly-Clark from January 2012 to August 2013, where they provided financial and analytical support to the Global Baby & Child Care Sector Team. Throughout their career, Hutchinson has demonstrated exceptional analytical and financial skills that have helped drive results and improve bottom lines for the companies they have worked for. Their experience in various finance-related positions has equipped him with the knowledge and ability to successfully manage RealManage's FP&A department.

Thomas Hutchinson has a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Finance, Management & Strategy from Rutgers University - Newark.

They are on a team with Chad Saville - VP of Resident Services, Terri Porier - EVP of Community Manager Success Group, and Jennifer Harvey - Director of Client Communication & Talent Development. Their manager is Chris O'Neill, CEO.
